Where did the idea for Inside the Match originate?

In September 2020, with COVID-19 and the transition to virtual interviews, we recognized there was a lack of support and guidance for residency applicants. The residency match process can be stressful, but we have a large community excited to support applicants with advice during the match. Our goal is to provide guidance throughout the match process and wisdom from residents and leaders in medical education.
