Abstract Deadlines for Meetings in Internal Medicine and Subspecialties

Written by Reem Al Shabeeb, MD

If you are interested in submitting your research to a national conference, it is important to not miss the deadlines. These are the deadlines for meetings in 2022, which you can use to infer the dates for future meetings. Some programs have a copy of the conferences printed in the resident room to increase research involvement.

Keep in mind that some meetings have different deadlines for submission of scholarly activities (for example, case report submission may be a week earlier than quality improvement projects). Note that some meetings may have a first and second submission rounds while others have a late-breaking abstracts submission date.
